1.When you wake up, give yourself AT LEAST 15 minutes of no screen time. 

Studies show that getting on your phone first thing in the morning can increase your stress & anxiety levels drastically. Being bombarded with emails, texts, news articles, etc. immediately upon waking up can prevent you from starting your day in a calm mindset. Plus, you prime yourself for distraction for the day and interferes with your ability to focus.
