Our goal is for you to fall in love with every apparel item that you buy from us! However, should you decide that you’d like to return or exchange it, we’re always here to help!

In order to return/exchange your items:

1. Product must be in original packaging and in new condition
2. Must still have original tags attached
3. Have no signs of wear, scent, stains, deodorant markings, cosmetic stains, hair, animal hair, or dander
4. Must be returned to us (ship date) within 30 days

• Sadly if we receive products that do not fit the guidelines, we will have to issue them back to you and will not be able to provide a refund/exchange. So please ensure you check thoroughly.

Damaged/Lost

Did your items get lost in transit or showed up damaged? Email orders@strongphysiquez.com and it will be handled it right away!

Strong Physiquez is not5 responsible for returns until they reach our warehouse. Keep your return postage receipt and tracking number as we are not liable for packages that are lost in-transit.
